Marmalade Ale 4% is the third Short Batch Brew (and fourth new beer) in 2025.
Perhaps a bit like Paddington's marmalade sandwich, we are very excited about Marmalade Ale and can't keep it under our hat any longer.
Reminiscent of the classic marmalade on toast, this is beer is orangey-amber in colour with a light citrus aroma. Brewed with orange peel, First Gold and Emperor UK hops, it is zesty and smooth with a fruity finish.
Our Small Batch Brews are beers that we usually brew on our Pilot Kit.
Quantity is limited as a result, but the beers carry bags of flavour and character, to make up for being few in number! Almost always brewed to recipes created by our Brewers, using either malts, or hops, (or both!) that we have gone out of our way to source, just for these beers.
As with each of our beers, we take no short-cuts. These are brewed properly to produce flavourful, characterful and genuinely interesting beers!

Ingredients:
Grains: pale malt, wheat, oats, cara malt and dark crystal malt
Hops: First Gold and Emperor
