Ruby Anniversary Ale, 7.2%, is a beer which we brewed in 2013, with CAMRA, to celebrate their 40th Anniversary of the Good Beer Guide publication. Then it was a bottled-conditioned beer, and it proved phenomenally popular!
A dark claret colour, with raisin and cedar aromas, we have faithfully followed the recipe, using five malts & grains, coupled with five hops. Together, they create a rich, complex and rather smooth draught ale.
