Since Lee Dyer inherited a vineyard from his father in 2007, he has been committed to showing the world just how good English wines can be. Although Winbirri are renowned for their Bacchus white wine, there are plenty of other gems to be found including their Signature red and this excellent example of English sparkling wine.
Winbirri Vintage Reserve 2016 has an inviting golden colour with tiny bubbles that teasingly rise to the surface upon pouring. Aromas of white peach lead to a finely balanced palate of fresh strawberry and citrus fruit.
