A golden, crumbly fudge that's rich in flavour and reinforced with malt from our brewery! Made to a traditional butter fudge recipe, it starts off crumbly, but swiftly melts in the mouth with a subtle suggestion of malt, adding to the rich, caramel flavour.
Perhaps an alternative to after dinner chocolates?
Ingredients:
Sugar, Condensed Milk (Milk), Glucose, Butter (Milk), Malt (3%) (barley), Syrup, Dried Milk (Milk), Glycerine, Salt.
